    Launched in Spring 2025<\/strong>, MYSA\u2019s Player of the Week (POTW) Program<\/strong> is a fun way to celebrate the players who make a difference both on and off the field!<\/h1>\n

    This award isn\u2019t just about goals, saves, or fancy footwork. A Player of the Week might be someone who:<\/span><\/p>\n

      \n
    • Shows great sportsmanship and respect for teammates, opponents, and referees.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Leads by example with a positive attitude.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Puts the team first, encouraging and supporting others.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Works hard in practice and shows improvement.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Makes an impact on the game\u2014big or small\u2014that helps the team succeed.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Each week, coaches will nominate one player from their team. From those nominations, a select group of Players of the Week will be chosen from across our Intramural, G4, G5\/6, and G7\/8 programs. Winners will be featured on MYSA\u2019s social media so our whole community can cheer them on!<\/span><\/p>\n

      Being named Player of the Week is all about effort, character, and teamwork. Every player has the chance to shine.<\/span><\/p>\n
