Adult Volunteer Credentials<\/h3>\n
Prior to participation, all registered adult volunteers must meet certain Adult Participant Requirements<\/strong>. These policies are in place to keep children safe and to ensure all volunteers understand and comply with federal and state laws, as well as US Soccer and Mass Youth Soccer policies. Please complete these requirements as soon as possible, and email Jessica Katz<\/a><\/strong> once you have finished so you can be credentialed for the season!<\/p>\n 1. Complete Mass Youth Soccer Annual Registration<\/strong> (you must re-register each soccer year)<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n For registration issues<\/strong> (duplicate accounts, merging accounts, single sign-on problems), contact Sports Connect Support: Submit a support ticket<\/a> or call 855-703-2558.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n How to Manage Your Sports Connect Account\u00a0<\/a>\u2013 verify registration history, risk status, print your Cori Acknowledgement Form, check trainings, update personal info.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Phone Support Hours: Monday \u2013 Friday 12pm-7pm EST | Saturday 12pm-5pm EST<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n 2. Complete Required Trainings<\/strong> \u2013 can be completed through the US Soccer Learning Center while the\u00a0 background check is in process.<\/p>\n SafeSport Abuse Prevention Training:<\/strong> Required annually.
